Size: 100ml Spray Bottle.. Spray 2-3 squirts directly onto the affected areas and rub in, or for regular maintenance 3 squirts on the tops of each foot when you get out of the shower. Massage into the skin as this stimulates the flow of the blood compared to just by rubbing it to the skin. The massage also stimulates the underlying tissues, enhancing the absorption ability and distribution throughout the body. For optimal intake apply around lymph node areas, especially under your arms, chest, neck, abdomen. Alternatively you could choose to soak or spray the soles of your feet.

To avoid getting stung, avoid applying magnesium oil to freshly shaved skin or sensitive areas, especially if you have cuts or broken skin. Never apply lotion or moisturisers prior to the application of magnesium oil as this will hinder the absorption process.
