My suggestion is - Take 1 capsule of K2D3 which will give you Vitamin D3 at 1000iu plus Vitamin K2, if you really want to ramp up your Vitamin D3 levels then please feel free to take 1 - 4 caps of the D3 which does not contain the Vitamin K.
eg 1 x K2D3 plus 4 x D3 will give you 5000iu of Vitamin D3 plus 90mcg of Vitamin K and excellent combination for optimal health
