Size: 20ml Made in New Zealand by a Qualified Senior Traditional Herbalist
Eyebright has been used traditionally for all manner of eye complaints, including conjunctivitis and other infections of the eye. It is thought to condition every muscle in the eyes and it is also believed it may also support reduction of cataracts and glaucoma.
Cayenne pepper hydrosol is antioxidant and is believed to stimulate eye tissue and improve circulation in the eyes. Some say it may reduce cataracts. Cayenne hydrosol may sting slightly momentarily on contact with the eyes. It is not harmful and can be rinsed with water if it persists after 30 seconds.
Comfrey has been used traditionally for inflamed eye conditions such as conjunctivitis. It's constituents may support cell regeneration in the eyes.
Fennel extract shows promise for supporting reduction of intraocular pressure which may support those with glaucoma. It has historically been used to clear "cloudy eyesight".
Plantain is so anti-bacterial that a cut leaf will not turn mouldy. It's historically been used for conjunctivitis and other eye conditions such as day blindness, snow blindness, sore eyes after swimming in chlorinated pools and to soothe after irritation from dust, smoke etc. Being analgesic in nature, it may also support eye aches and pain.
Colloidal Silver's super tiny silver particles are anti-bacterial. Colloidal silver may kill bacteria in the eye.
It is thought that grapefruit seed extract may counter eye irritants such as smog, dust, smoke, wind and contact lenses. It's also considered to be a good natural preservative.
