 MINERAL FOUNDATION POWDER

Immersion Cosmetics mineral foundations is a truly new concept in make-up and it may take a few tries to get your application 'just right' - but don’t give up, the results are well worth the effort and you will be amazed with the results you will get from our Mineral powder Foundation!
1. Turn the jar over, tap the bottom with your finger, turn right side up, and open.
You should find a small amount of Immersion Mineral Powder Foundation in the lid.
Swirl your brush in the foundation, and tap the excess back into the lid.
2. Apply: A small amount of mineral foundation along the jaw line, if it blends in and there are no obvious lines, then it’s a perfect match.
Begin applying with short, feathery, downward strokes and/or light circles.
You want the fine hairs and pores of your skin to lay flat, so try and finish with light downward strokes, if you can see your foundation you have applied to much or it’s the wrong shade.
There are over 30 shades to choose from so there is something to suit every skin tone.
3. Always apply minerals in thin layers, two is usually sufficient.
4. Make sure your Mineral Mattifying Face Primer or moisturiser has absorbed before you apply mineral powder.
5. The right brush also makes a big difference, if you don’t have one of our application brushes eg Sable Mineral Foundation Brush, Kabouki or our popular Buffer Brush then this could also be a problem you have. If you have a brush that is big and fluffy please do not use it for the application of mineral foundation as the fullness of the brush head will not hold the minerals well.
MOISTURE MOUSSE & LIQUID FOUNDATION
Our lovely mousse and liquid foundations iare best applied with our Synthetic Total Coverage Face Brush or a damp Cosmetic Sponge. The synthetic concealer brush is also handy for getting around eyes and nose.
1. Apply foundation,
start in the centre of your face, and move outwards. Draw the foundation outwards rather than down. Make sure that it is spread evenly.
2. Less is more
3. Watch your jaw,
it is vital to blend along the jaw line very carefully, this is the easiest place to see the line of the make up.
4. Problem areas:
Watch out for foundation gathering up in areas such as the hairline, around the mouth, and eyebrow.
If foundation does clump, it should be smoothed away with the sponge

A simple application over the top of foundation before applying blush and eye shadow etc, will set the makeup and take away any oily/shiny areas for a matte finish.
Apply: After applying foundation, use the Professional Kabouki or face brush and apply a thin layer all over the face.
